Is this book really free? Current copyright tag is obviously bogus (the book was published in France, not in the US, in 1935, not "before 1923"). The date of death of the author (Yann Gouer) is unknown. Do we have any proof (or at least serious reasons to think so) that he died before 1941? Trycatch (talk) 22:31, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
The death is unknown. Not even sure that the author is Yann Gouer (something mentioned at the third page in breton). Published in a very small area. Not in the author catalogue [1], not in the unfinished list of dead at the 2nd world war [2] or [3]... [Nothing about his death in the http://www.ouest-france.fr/services/ouest-eclair.php Ouest-Eclair 1909-1940]. It's free in the United States, for sure, published in 1935 (and nothing in the Copyright Renewal Database Sapcal22 19 Eos 2011 da 10:27 (CEST)[respont]
